Introducing the Innokin Coolfire Z60
The Innokin Coolfire Z60 is the latest in a long line of Coolfire vape devices with a stellar reputation as stalwart vape kits that stand the test of time and deliver consistent performance. The Z60 is a mod device which means you can actually swap-out the Innokin Zlide tank that comes with the kit. This coil series features Innokin’s Duo-Prime technology which delivers better saturation, flavour production, and lifespan than any other Innokin coils available.
To get even more from its Duo-Prime Z-Coils, the Z60 device has two special modes:
- Coil + mode pulses your coil after each vape, sending controlled waves of heat through the system which helps clear and prevent residue buildup, whilst simultaneously drawing more e-liquid to the wick, priming it for your next puff. This mode is passive when activated, meaning it will do it’s thing without your input (beyond simply using the device).
- Refresh mode revitalises your coil when activated manually. If you leave your device for a time and return to it, you may find the coil is a little clogged with residue and may crackle or spit. Refresh mode effectively warms the coil using 40% of the total wattage, to gently clean residue from the wire and prolong its lifespan as well as ensuring each puff is tasty and satisfying.

Z60 Performance
The Z60 is a great all-round performer capable of tackling both 50-50 and High-VG vape liquids. Of course this all depends on the coil you have chosen to use. The kit is best paired with 50-50 vape juices and nic salts, delivering a satisfying mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping experience, however the 0.8ohm coil is suitable for DTL use, and can support 50-50 and High-VG blends.
The coils last very well thanks to the advanced coil+ and refresh modes the mod battery provides, which actively work to clean and expand their lifespan whilst also maximising the flavour delivered, and optimising the vapour production and draw resistance so you can enjoy a consistent experience throughout their time in your tank.
Z60 Battery Life
The Z60’s compact yet powerful 2500mAh battery is an all-day performer and can even last beyond 24 hours when vaping at lower watts using higher PG juices like nic salts. The battery can drain a little faster when ramping up the power to act as a sub-ohm vape, but even still it performs very well vs the competition.
As the battery is high-density, the kit still benefits form being one of the smaller mods available on the market. While not the most travel friendly when compared to devices like the VooPoo Argu P1, it is considerably less bulky than other tank-mod combinations.
Z60 Zlide Tank & Coils
